Reichenbach falls is one of the most noteworthy and highest water cascades in the Alps mountains. May to July is the best time to see the falls. Closest town is Meiringen, which is approximately at a distance of 2 km from the falls. The yearly Sherlock Holmes remembrance takes place on fourth of May.
- We can use funicular railway from Willingen to reach the falls. The funicular railroad is operative only for four and a half months during a year from middle of May to the start of October.
